Founded in 2013, Velo Cafe Huahin is a 100% locally owned café that has grown from a small shop into a trusted community hub. Our mission has always been simple: to serve exceptional coffee while supporting local people and the environment. Over the years, we’ve expanded with projects like Rock n’ Roast and introduced eco-friendly practices, making us proud pioneers of sustainable coffee in Thailand.

As the first café in Thailand to utilize aluminum cans and paper straws, we have saved over 400,000 plastics annually. Our packaging is over 85% recyclable or biodegradable, reflecting our dedication to reducing waste.
Solar Powered Operations
Our café is powered by 100% solar energy, covering 60% of our energy needs. This commitment to renewable energy significantly reduces our carbon footprint and supports a cleaner environment.
Emissions Reduction
With our advanced ESP smoke filtration system, we have achieved a 98% reduction in emissions, ensuring that our coffee production process is as clean and eco-friendly as possible.

Velo Cafe Huahin began in 2013 with a simple vision — to brew great coffee in Hua Hin while protecting our planet. From a small, locally owned café, we grew into a full roastery and launched Rock n’ Roast in 2023.
We’re proud to be Thailand’s first café to use aluminum cans and paper straws, helping cut over 400,000 plastics each year. Powered by solar energy and guided by eco values, every cup we serve carries our mission: great coffee without harming the planet.
